  • Reservation confirmation and payment:
  • According to the website's payment policies.
  • Cancellation:
  • According to the website's policies.
  • If canceled less than 24 hours in advance, no refund will be granted.
  • Permitted Use:
  • The hall is limited to official meetings and events only. It is prohibited to use the hall for any personal purposes or activities that violate public regulations or public morals.
  • Duration of Use:
  • The duration of use (number of hours) is determined in advance. Any excess time will be calculated as an additional hour paid according to the set price.
  • Equipment and Services:
  • The reservation includes the use of (screen, projector, sound system, internet, water, and basic hospitality).
  • Additional services such as (coffee break, meals, photographer, and decor) may be requested for separate fees.
  • Liability:
  • The renter bears full responsibility for any damage or harm to equipment or furniture during the reservation period.
  • Punctuality:
  • The pre-arranged start and end times must be adhered to to avoid conflict with other reservations
  • Hospitality:
  • Hospitality is provided by the hotel's food and beverage department only. No outside food or beverages are permitted
  • Guarantee:
  • The hotel reserves the right to request a (refundable) security deposit to cover any potential damages or violations
