 Accessing  and using the Meetat website and application, implies that you agree and accept -  without modification, restrictions or conditions -  all the terms and conditions contained in this agreement .It also implies that you acknowledge and warrant your legal right to be part of  this agreement and to use the website in accordance with all terms and conditions  mentioned here.

Modifying the terms:

Meetat website and application include information about the services and products provided by it and by any third party. The information and other materials on the presented at the website and application are provided with complete honesty. Using  the website or application, implies that you agree and acknowledge that the website or application may make any updates, changes or modifications of the terms and conditions ,  of  the customer service policy, or any information provided, at any time without notice and the terms and conditions become effective once posted on the website and the application.

Costumers must read these terms and conditions every time they visit the Meetat website and application to ensure their awareness of all the previous terms and conditions. Accordingly, continuing to use of the Meetat website and application constitutes your acceptance of any change in the terms and conditions.

Booking /reservation conditions:

When a booking is made through the Meetat website and application, you fully comply with and agree to all booking conditions imposed by the hotel / place of residence - including cancellation and no-show laws - and any other conditions imposed on you during your stay - including the services available and/or the products provided to you by the hotel / stay place (additional special conditions may be imposed by the hotel / stay place).

Late arrival or not showing up:

In the event that you wish to cancel your booking (which is cancellable), you should contact Meetat website and application before the booking date; however, If you think you won’t arrive on time for the check-in or that you cannot check-in on the booked day, you must contact the hotel staff concerned directly to inform them of that so that they will not cancel your booking   . If you fail to check in the hotel on the booked day without informing them, the remaining time  of your booking may be canceled and you may not be entitled to a refund, subject to the hotel's terms and conditions.

Cancelling the booking or changing its dates:  

Cancellation policy varies among the hotels/ stay places. Some booking are not changeable or cancellable; some may charge a certain cancellation fee; while others allow a full refund of the booking amount. Please note that some bookings with certain prices or special offers are not eligible for change or cancellation. Some hotels /stay places may apply additional fees for early arrivals or late departures.

 Cancellation or Change Policy is available on the hotel’s website information or under “Booking Conditions”, “Cancellation Policy”, under any similar documents, and in your confirmation email and booking receipt. We advise you to make sure that you have read the hotel’s cancellation and no-show policies carefully before completing the booking process.

Regardless of the Cancellation or Change Policy of the hotel, Meetat website and application reserve the right to charge a certain fee for changing or canceling the booking, as indicated on the website. Please refer to the booking confirmation e-mail and follow the instructions contained therein, or contact the Meetat website and application’s customer service team.

On Meetat website and application:

If some of the facilities/services that were booked upon your request are not available upon your arrival at the hotel, we advise you to submit a complaint to the hotel’s management directly, but Meetat website and application do not promise or guarantee the availability of any of the facilities that you requested in advance.

Availability & accessibility of Meetat website and application:

Meetat use all means to ensure the readiness of the website and the application and the availability of all services associated with it, but it cannot guarantee its continuous or uninterrupted operation.

 

Liability limitations and Disclaimer of Warranties:

    Meetat has no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the content of the website and the application, and has the right to waive all warranties in accordance with the maximum extent available in applicable law. Your access and use of the software and other materials - through the Meetat website and application - is at your own risk and Meetat website and application do not make any guarantees that its programs /software are accurate or free of viruses.

Subject to applicable law, Meetat website and application ,  its licensors, suppliers and service providers - under no circumstances – shall  be liable for any kind  of direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential or deterrent compensation  (including but not limited to: loss of profits, lost savings or revenues, and loss or corruption of data or information) that may  arise with any means of communication using or inability to use Meetat website and application - whether based on breach of contract, damage , negligence, product liability or otherwise-  even if you have been advised of the possibility of any damages and  this includes any information, products or services obtained or through any communication on the website or application.

• That you are responsible to comply with all of our special terms and conditions including, but not limited to, full and timely payment of all amounts due and in compliance with all rules regarding availability of prices, products, services, and all fees charged on you.

• That you will not upload any files that carry computer viruses or any other codes, or software designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of   Meetat website or application.

• That you will not advertise or offer to sell any goods or services, conduct or send surveys, contests or email messages, or download any file published by another user. It should be noted that it illegal to promote them in these ways.

• That you will not access, follow up or copy any content or information from this website using any Robot, Spider, Scraper, or any other automated means or any manual process without our express written permission.

• Cancel any bookings that you may have made without referring to you.
